The Ask

Body Consultancy are focused on changing the quality of movement in their clients, which in turns changes lives. They offer a holistic and lifestyle centred approach which is unique in an industry. The Body Consultancy brand is built around this ethos, and yet their existing site didn’t communicate this at all. It lacked the confidence in a minimal style to let the message shine through, and was an awkward experience for the user, lacking ways for them to make contact seamlessly as part of the user journey, and did not reflect the quality work that they were doing as a business.

The Approach

The re-design approach was simple. First ‘do no harm’ by stripping back unnecessary content. Then add in imagery and content that promoted the best of what Body Consultancy does.

The structuring in design elements of the website are modern and contemporary to reflect the practices of the business. The imagery is light, positive, and reflective of an active and natural lifestyle, the kind encourages and that will compliment the treatments offered nicely.

Amongst all of the visual settings however, there is always focus on conversion. Calls to action are weaved throughout the site, offering important information or at the top of pages of services and ending with a prompt to contact. The user is never far away from being able to make a booking, or to get in touch and learn more.

The Solution

The website is now part of the entire experience of becoming a patient of Body Consultancy. The website serving as a jumping off point for their brand. There are multiple practices and the website reflects the feeling of visiting these, with a focus on lifestyle which reflects the brand.
